E. H. Otis and Associates, LLC is a consulting business that provides educational and mental health enrichment services that empowers individuals and organizations. We provide professional development, life-skills, social-emotional learning (SEL) workshops for youth and Youth Mental Health First Aid training for adults that work with youth. After researching YMHFA thoroughly, I decided to become a certified instructor. As a result of growing concerns regarding COVID-19, So many families and professionals have been isolated for over a year and many have become withdrawn and depressed, while others mental wellness is declining. As a counseling professional, I decided to us my combined school counseling and mental health experience to provide a service that will ultimately help to uplift the social and emotional wellness in our communities.
Mission
Our Mission is to (P.H.O.C.U.S.S) Provide Healthy Outcomes, by Collaborating, Uplifting, Strengthening, & Supporting individuals and organizations in need of Professional Development, Youth Mental Health First Aid Training, Life Skills Development and Social-Emotional Learning for at-risk youth, that will ultimately uplift the community, break down barriers, while empowering transformational growth.

Our Goal is to provide the highest quality of Mental Health Awareness, Social-Emotional Learning and Educational Enrichment Services that P.H.O.C.U.S.S on empowering youth and adults who are seeking to foster healthy relationships, build resiliency, increase wellness and embrace C.H.A.N.G.E!!!.
